We have a 7-day Return & Exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Refunds

You can return any product purchased from us if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival or you have received any other item.

In order to return the product you will have to notify us by sending an E-mail  at contact@dukanjunction.shop or call us at: +92-306-6599111 with the Order ID and details of the product.

• Our customer care center agent will call you back in next 24 hrs. If you have received an item that was damaged or defective upon arrival, you can return the item within 10 days
• Please attach the invoice received with the order or a photocopy of the invoice with the return for us to track your details.
• You will receive the FULL REFUND or Partial Refund if you availed FREE DELIVERY (total COD amount – delivery amount( 200 or respective applied)).
• Items damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or refund.
• Refunds will only be processed once the item is received by dukanjunction.shop
• Once we receive the item back at our warehouse and its not damaged or broken, we will issue a refund cheque and you’ll be automatically refunded on your bank account mentioned on return application within 10 business days.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products or one time used items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
